At Frieling, you dance without any pressure to perform. You stay in each course level for as long as you like and change whenever you feel ready.
Level 1
THE DANCE COURSES FOR BEGINNERS
In our Level 1 courses you will learn the basic steps in Cha-Cha-Cha, Discofox, Rumba and of course Waltz. Our dance instructors will teach you all the basics of the popular couple dances in a 12-week rhythm. Beginners can learn to dance in a relaxed atmosphere in the Level 1 course. Those who already know a few basic steps can consolidate their existing knowledge or simply enjoy dancing. Level 1 courses are perfect as a wedding course to prepare for the big day!
Recommended for: Beginners and returners, wedding couples and witnesses as well as all couples who enjoy couple dancing!

Level 2
FOR ALL THOSE WHO WANT MORE
Have you attended the Level 1 course, mastered the basics of Discofox, Cha-Cha-Cha and Waltz and want to learn something new? Then our Level 2 courses are the right place for you! Get to know more steps and turns, refine your dance posture and learn the art of leading and following.
Recommended for: advanced couples who want to expand their repertoire of steps and refine their dance technique

Level 3
DANCING FOR DANCE MANIACS
Couples who have been dancing for a long time and feel very confident can refine their style in the Level 3 course and expand their repertoire of figures step-by-step. We regularly discover new figures and details of different dances.
Recommended for: couples who are crazy about dancing and want to dance regularly
